Modular Unit of our own design, the J-20/J-25/J-30 JETMILL is one part of a very complete system based on 3 different milling chambers and with about 50 different configurations.

These configurations cover the whole spectrum of the micronization technology issues. The J-20/J-25/J-30 JETMILL is the ideal fluid Jet Mill dimension for R&D applications for batches starting from 100 milligrams (with J-10 kit) to 400 grams.

Three machines in one (early r&d, development phases, pilot), the Milligram kit and the Magnum kit give equipment extension respectively to 50 milligrams batch and to 400 grams depending by product apparent specific weight.

Verification of possibility to micronize the molecule at an early stage, batch size 50mg-200mg with the same PSD performance of bigger units and tested product yield higher than 75%.

Pilot capability in the magnum configuration, 400g marketing size batch and, last but not least, it is over the top in psd performance worldwide.
